QuantumX Technologies develops and licenses systematic trading technology and analytical tools. Technology access is not a guarantee of performance. QuantumX does not hold customer funds, provide brokerage services or provide personalized investment, legal or tax advice through this website.
Hypothetical and backtested performance
Results identified as backtested, simulated or modeled are hypothetical, do not represent actual client trading and benefit from hindsight. They may not fully account for liquidity, spread expansion, slippage, rejected orders, gaps, outages, margin changes, broker action, taxes or operational error. Past, simulated or forward-tested performance does not guarantee future results.
Automated-system risk
Algorithms can fail, behave unexpectedly or stop performing as market relationships change. Connectivity, data, code, infrastructure, execution and monitoring failures can increase losses. Automated execution removes some manual decisions; it does not remove market risk or the need for oversight.
Account, broker and user responsibility
Users remain responsible for understanding their broker or trading environment, capital allocation, permissions, fees, leverage and legal obligations. Broker compatibility, pricing, execution and withdrawal terms vary and may change. Review all QuantumX licensing and access documents before proceeding.
Access and eligibility
QuantumX is positioned to serve individual traders and institutional partners, but access is not universal or automatic. Availability may depend on jurisdiction, technology compatibility, applicable terms and other eligibility requirements. No one will be assisted in bypassing residency, identity, broker or legal restrictions.
TRI Capital is separate
TRI Capital is not the public algorithm-access path. Any TRI Capital opportunity is private, invite only and considered for verified accredited investors. Accreditation alone does not guarantee an invitation, acceptance, availability or participation. Any offer, if made, is controlled only by final written documents.
